For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

The drinks taste terrible every time we go here. I just ordered an iced caramel latte and they did not put a drop of caramel in it. What a waste of money.

The place is clean, new and spacious. The staff are friendly and there are tons of chairs and tables to study or eat. The Matcha Dubai Chocolate is a must try!
